I had a splendid time at this hotel! The rooms were a bit nicer, though a tad dark, and they were located away from the bars and beach but right by the pool. The room size was really nice, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The service was a mix of extremely nice and friendly interactions, especially with the restaurant, cleaning staff, and front desk team, but it was a bit slow and unprofessional at times. The location was amazing, making it easy to access the downtown area and the beach, though some renovations and friendlier staff could enhance the experience even more. The dining experience was quite varied, from basic continental options to lovely beach bar meals, yet it was not entirely clear what was included. Overall, a nice place with some areas that could use some improvement.
